Integrated Brushless DC Magnetic Drive Pumps

Product Overview


Designed for the circulation and transfer of fluids, GRI’s Integrity Series Magnetic Drive Circulation Pumps offer a flexible and robust pumping solution to OEM fluid circulation applications. By manufacturing the motors and the majority of the pump’s components in-house, GRI has the flexibility to precisely configure an Integrity Series pump to meet an OEM’s specific flow and pressure requirements.

Equipped with an integrated 9-24 volt brushless DC motor, the INTG1 Series magnetically coupled centrifugal pumps incorporate the components into a compact, lightweight design, eliminating motor bearings and leaving the impeller assembly as the only moving part. Fewer parts promote long life, quiet operation, and low power consumption.

GRI’s DC powered pumps are ideal for a multiple of OEM applications where a small footprint is desired and high performance is expected. Applications and markets include, but are not limited to, chillers, coolers, medical devices, laser systems, alternative power units, hydronic heating and cooling, recreation and public transit vehicles, fuel cells, beverage dispensers, printing and imaging, and others.

Maximum Fluid Temperature

For pumps that have a controller separate from the physical pump, GRI recommends a maximum fluid temperature rating of 225° F (107° C).

For pumps that have a controller designed into the pump’s housing, GRI recommends a maximum fluid temperature rating of 149° F (65° C).

Many *factors influence the recommended maximum temperature rating of fluid that an Integrity Series pump can handle. These factors play a role in determining the pump’s life and applied warranties. In many applications, a higher maximum fluid temperature rating may be warranted.

3-wire: Attaching a 0-5vdc signal to the third (speed control) wire allows you to turn down and thus vary the performance of the pump as needed, given a fixed supply across the red and black wires. If the speed control wire is not connected, the pump will run full-on.
